It is very good when you have healthy hair. But you should keep in mind that your hair should be always clean. Pay attention to cosmetic treatments used. Healthy hair should be constantly maintained.

hair1. Have proper nutrition.
Hair growth depends on proper nutrition. Hair fall out when there is iron deficiency called Anaemia. Anaemia appears when there is a lack of iron in blood, caused by a diet which contains too little meat, eggs, cereals or peas and beans. Fresh fruits and vegetables are also very important for your nutrition because they provide vitamin C, which is important for the absorption of iron.
If you want to have healthy and beautiful hair, you should eat balanced, nutritious and healthy food. Eat food rich in protein such as fish, meat, milk, cheese and cereals because it makes hair strong and prevents hair from splitting.

Your food should contain a lot of minerals and vitamins. You should eat products rich in iron such as red meat and dark green vegetables, or by iron supplements because iron carries oxygen to the hair. Zinc is good for the consumption of protein and fights against the falling of hair. Products rich in zinc are meat and seafood. You should also consume products full in copper because they are necessary for the pigmentation of hair and strengthening of your natural hair color. The products containing a lot of zinc are shellfish, liver, fresh vegetables, nuts, seeds and meat.
Vitamins make your hair healthy. Vitamin A is useful if you want to have a healthy scalp. Products rich in vitamin A are vegetables, especially in carrots. Vitamin B and C are necessary if you want to have strong strands of hair which are not prone to splitting. Consume these vitamins for good circulation, hair growth and hair color. Products rich in vitamins B and C are vegetables, cereals, eggs, milk and bread.

2. Keep the hair clean.
Short hair is not the hair which grows strong or fast. You should keep the scalp clean.

3. Don’t perm and dye hair too often. How hair can be damaged.
Remember that chemicals can easily damage hair. Perming, dyeing from blond to brunette color, bleaching and massage can damage your hair. The scalp of some people have an allergy to the dye and becomes inflamed and swollen. To make sure that you have no allergy, you should apply the dye to a small area on the arm. If inflammation is available, the dye can not be safely used on the hair. Frequent bleaching of hair with hydrogen peroxide makes the hair brittle and causes split ends.

If there is a need to freshen up hair you should not use a blow dryer after shampooing and conditioning your hair, when the weather is warm outside. It is good for your hair to be sprayed. If you have frizzing hair you should use a frizz-fighting gel or a styling product which smooth out your hair perfectly. A leave-in conditioner or other anti-frizz styling product can effectively be used while drying your hair.
To have healthy hair you should drink between eight and ten glasses of water a day, because water is necessary when you want your hair to be silky and shiny.
