It does not matter what sports you go in for, you can always be good-looking with an athletic, sporty hairstyle. If you have hair of medium or longer hair lengths you should have Double braids because they keep the hair out of the face and off the neck. The first thing you should do is to divide your hair into two sections using a comb. Each section should be separated into three equal parts before braiding. Pull each of the outside strands of hair toward the center, over the middle section braiding hair. Finish the process of braiding hair until only an inch or two is left to the tip of the braid. Knot the end of the braid with an elastic hair band and start braiding the second braid. It is good to braid damp hair because it keeps its form well.
Don’t braid wet hair when it is cold and windy outside.
Other sporty hairstyle is a high ponytail which pulls hair back from forehead and ties it up with elastic headbands. Don’t use plastic and metal clips because they can damage hair while going in for sports. Use an out-of-the-eyes style. Elastic bands work best for ponytails because can sometimes cause injury if sporting accidents occur.
Mini-braids are created with tiny rubber bands. Divide braid bangs or front strands into small parts, then braid one or two rows and tie the rest back into a ponytail. If you have much time you can braid the entire head. A hairspray or gel can be used to keep and strengthen the braids’ form. Keep your hair off your face. Improvised headband – You can also band your hair with a headband created with your own hands from the sleeve of the old T-shirt.
