3) Rapid walk for 15 minutes quickens blood circulation. If you want to relax after a difficult day you should walk about one hour after a meal. A walk is recommended for good digestion.
4) During a good sleep your hair obtains nourishment. The duration of sleep depends on the age, health conditions and other factors. If you are tired and suffer from the lack of energy you should sleep for 20 minutes. The sleep of longer duration will make you tired. Adults should sleep 6-8 hours a day, children sleep more.
5) Healthy meals nourishes hair roots, that’s why you should consume healthy food.

7) Laugh is good for the condition of your hair, because people in a bad mood have slow processes in a human body.
8) Eat a healthy balanced food rich in proteins and vitamins. Food with a large amount of calories and proteins leads to hair falling out. To provide hair growth the vitamins should be consumed daily.
