mineralsCalcium is found in such products as brewer's yeast, beans, dairy products, fish, lentils, nuts, sesame seeds, tofu. It is good for the hair growth. Up to 1,500 mg is a daily dose. The extra use of calcium prevents the absorption of zinc and iron.  Chocolate prevents calcium absorption.

Chromium is found in such products as beef, brewer's yeast, liver and wheat bread. It is good for the prevention of hyperglycaemia and hypoglycaemia, the causes of hair loss. Up to 120 mg is a daily dose. Don’t use chromium if you are allergic to yeast.

Copper is found in such products as chicken and beans, green vegetables, eggs, liver, shellfish, whole grains. It is good for the prevention of hair loss.

Iodine is found in such products as fish, iodized salt, garlic, kelp, seaweed. It is good for the regulation of thyroid hormones and prevention of hair loss. It is helpful for dry hair. 150 mcg is a daily dose.
Iron is found in such products as chicken, dried fruits, eggs, green vegetables, fish, liver, whole grains. It is good for the prevention of anaemia and hair loss. 15 mg is a daily dose. Don’t use too much iron, because malfunctions of the liver and spleen are possible.

Magnesium is found in such products as green chickpeas and fish, nuts, soy beans, vegetables, wheat germ, whole grains. - It is good for the hair growth. 280 mg is a daily dose.

Manganese is found in such products as avocados, beans, chicken, fish, eggs, meat, nuts, seeds, peas, whole grain cereals. It is helpful for the slow hair growth. 3-9 mg is a daily dose.
Potassium is found in such products as avocados, bananas, brown rice, dates, dried fruit, garlic, figs, lima beans, nuts, potatoes, raisins, yams and yogurt. - It helps to regulate circulation and is good for hair growth. 3,500 mg is a daily dose.

Selenium is found in such products as brewer's yeast, broccoli, fish, grains, meat and tuna. It improves the condition of skin and scalp making them elastic. 55 mcg is a daily dose. Don’t overuse selenium, because it can be toxic and can cause the loss of hair, nails and teeth.
Silica is found in such products as green vegetables, seafood, rice, soybeans. It is good for the hair and is helpful for hair loss. 55 mcg is a daily dose. Don’t overuse silica, because it can be toxic and can cause the loss of hair, nails and teeth.

Sulphur is found in such products as asparagus, fish and dairy products, garlic, eggs, meat, onions. – It is good for the hair, because it is a main component to hair’s structure. 1-3 g is a daily dose.
Zinc is found in such products as brewer’s yeast, mushrooms, red meat, spinach, sunflower seeds, whole grains. 12 mg is a daily dose. Zinc should be used with Vitamin A. When their amount is not enough, you may suffer from dry hair and oily skin. The extra use can prevent iron absorption.
